The Process:
The rugs are vacuumed thoroughly, front and back, and tested for color run. The right ph shampoo is selected. The rug is washed with special care being directed towards particularly soiled areas. It is then rinsed completely, combed in the direction of the pile and spread on the floor - NOT hung – so it lies perfectly flat when it dries. (wet rugs when hung will strech the foundation unevenly and may not lie flat when brought down)
